Project Get Ready works with 30 partner cities and 40 strategic partners, academic institutions, utilities, non-profits, and private enterprises—to establish the infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs). In 2011-12, PGR set up a global electric vehicle insight exchange and released the EV City Casebook 2012. On the site and in the casebook, 16 cities in the United States, Europe and Asia share experiences and best practices on getting cities ready for EVs. RMI created the exchange and casebook in collaboration with the International Energy Agency, the Clinton Foundation, the Clean Energy Ministerial, and University of California, Davis.
PGR is also updating for its partner cities its menu of “must have” actions for a community to be ready for EV.
